It's ridiculous. In a good way, because it's very clear that you're poking fun at McDonalds or the Burger fast food industry. It looks Negative in a funny, colorful and sarcastic way. The aesthetics of the cut out construction paper and hand writing is a good way to connote the cheap fast food joints. I like this crop of the meat grinder better than the first.
The Glossy material you used connotes artificial product, also adds to the content being negative.
I'd classify this as negative.

yes this is supposed to be negative, the colors, aesthetic and subject were all supposed to read as negative. the larger system is convenience living specifically fast food living, and it portrays this in a negative light through the commentary on obesity.
